  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
Croissants
  • 6 croissants day-old
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Method
 

  1. Prepare the syrup by heating water and sugar until dissolved, then cool.
  2. Mix almond cream ingredients until smooth and creamy.
