Plum Filling
  • 8 ripe plums sliced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Honey Crumble Topping
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tbsp cold butter cubed
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix plum filling ingredients and transfer to baking dish.
  3. Prepare crumble topping and sprinkle over plums.
  4. Bake for 38-42 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  5. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Allow the crumble to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving for the best consistency.
