  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • pinch of salt
For Cooking
  • butter or oil

Method
 

  1. Blend oats until they form a fine flour.
  2. Add bananas, eggs, milk, and remaining ingredients, then blend until smooth.
  3. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour batter and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness and adjust batter consistency with milk if needed.
