Ingredients
  

Galette Dough
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
Fruit Filling
  • 2 cups blackberries fresh
  • 3 peaches thinly sliced
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Prepare and chill the galette dough.
  2. Mix peaches, blackberries, sugar, lemon, vanilla and cornstarch.
  3. Roll dough, add filling, fold edges and bake until golden brown.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of cardamom or serve with vanilla ice cream.
