Ingredients
  

Graham Cracker Base
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.33 cup honey
Blueberry Layer
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook blueberries with honey and lemon juice until softened, then cool completely.
  2. Mix crust ingredients and press into molds.
  3. Beat cheesecake filling ingredients until smooth.
  4. Fill molds, add blueberry mixture, and swirl gently.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Remove from molds and serve slightly softened.

Notes

For the creamiest texture, allow bites to rest at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
