Main Component
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp dried lavender buds culinary grade
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 bags black tea
Optional/Secondary Component
  • 2 tbsp honey adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Simmer blueberries with water until soft and juicy.
  2. Add lavender, simmer briefly, then strain the mixture.
  3. Brew tea, combine with mixture, sweeten, chill, and serve over ice.

Notes

Use culinary lavender only and avoid over-infusing to prevent bitterness.
