- Brown the butter until amber and nutty, then cool.
- Mix sugars, eggs, vanilla, and brown butter together.
- Add dry ingredients and mix into a dough.
- Fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.
- Chill dough for 45 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 11–13 minutes.
Notes
Do not overbake. Slightly soft centers create the perfect chewy texture.
