Method
- Combine peach filling ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Prepare biscuit dough by mixing dry ingredients and cutting in cold butter.
- Add milk and vanilla, then mix gently into a soft dough.
- Roll dough and cut into rounds.
- Fill rounds with peach mixture and seal with additional rounds.
- Chill for 15 minutes.
- Brush with milk and bake at 400°F for 18–22 minutes.
- Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
