Ingredients
  

Grilled Peaches
  • 4 ripe peaches halved and pits removed
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • vanilla ice cream optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Wash and halve the peaches, removing the pits carefully.
  2. Mix melted butter, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and sea salt in a small bowl.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Brush the peaches with the honey butter mixture.
  5. Grill peaches cut-side down for 4–5 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Flip and grill another 2–3 minutes until tender.
  7. Drizzle with remaining warm honey mixture and top with pistachios and mint before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream for the best flavor and texture contrast.
