Main Dough
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 150 g mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
Garlic Butter
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish.
  2. Flatten dough, add cheese, and seal into balls.
  3. Coat in garlic butter, arrange in dish, and bake until golden.
