Crust
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
Filling
  • 400 g cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into serving cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, then fold in whipped cream.
  3. Layer filling and cherry topping, then chill before serving.
