Ingredients
  

Yogurt Bark Base
  • 3 cups vanilla Greek yogurt full-fat preferred
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups fresh cherries pitted and halved
  • 0.5 cup granola
  • 0.25 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Optional Garnish
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared tray.
  4. Top with cherries, granola, and sliced almonds.
  5. Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle over the bark.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  7. Break into pieces and serve frozen.

Notes

For the creamiest texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt and allow the bark to soften for 2 minutes before serving.
