Main Batter
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g flour
Flavoring
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C and grease ramekins.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  3. Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar, then combine with chocolate mixture.
  4. Fold in flour, salt, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour batter into ramekins and bake for 10–12 minutes.
  6. Let rest briefly, then serve warm.

Notes

Do not overbake to maintain the molten center.
