Ingredients
  

Ganache Base
  • 200 g dark chocolate finely chopped
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Coating
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts optional

Equipment

  • saucepan

  • spoon or scoop

Method
 

  1. Heat cream until simmering and pour over chopped chocolate.
  2. Stir until smooth, then mix in butter and vanilla.
  3. Chill, scoop, roll into balls, and coat with cocoa or nuts.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor. Chill thoroughly before shaping.
