  • 6 large oranges peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios chopped
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt optional

Method
 

  1. Peel the oranges carefully and slice them into rounds or segments.
  2. Arrange the orange slices neatly in a shallow serving bowl or platter.
  3. Whisk together orange blossom water, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the oranges evenly.
  5. Dust with cinnamon and top with pistachios and fresh mint.
  6. Chill for 10 to 15 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Use chilled oranges for the most refreshing texture and flavor.
