Ingredients
  

Main Smoothie
  • 1 cup pitted dates soft
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup water or milk
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Flavor Enhancers
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes if they are firm.
  2. Add all ingredients except ice into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice and blend again until chilled and creamy, then serve immediately.

Notes

Use Medjool dates for best sweetness and creaminess. Adjust thickness by adding more liquid if needed.
