- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate, condensed milk, and butter over low heat until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla, lime juice, lime zest, and salt.
- Fold in shredded coconut.
- Spread mixture into prepared pan.
- Top with toasted coconut and lime zest.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
For the brightest flavor, always use freshly squeezed lime juice and freshly grated zest.
