Ingredients
  

Pie Crust
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 4 tbsp ice water as needed
Orange Cream Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp orange zest fresh
  • 0.33 cup orange juice fresh
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cranberry Topping
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Prepare and chill the pie dough.
  2. Blind bake the crust until golden and cool completely.
  3. Cook the cranberry topping and cool.
  4. Prepare the orange cream filling.
  5. Fill crust with orange cream and chill.
  6. Top with cranberry mixture and refrigerate until set.
  7. Garnish and serve chilled.

Notes

For best flavor, prepare the pie one day before serving.
