Main Filling
  • 2 cups spinach chopped
  • 150 g feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Wrapping
  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • 2 tbsp flour mixed with water

Method
 

  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil, then cook spinach until wilted and let cool.
  2. Mix spinach with feta, seasoning, and combine well.
  3. Fill, roll, seal, and cook spring rolls until golden and crispy.

Notes

For extra crispiness, brush with oil before air frying and avoid overfilling.
