Ingredients
  

Fruit Layer
  • 2 large dragon fruits peeled and diced
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
Cream Layer
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Crunchy Topping
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds

Method
 

  1. Dice the dragon fruit and prepare all berries.
  2. Mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Layer fruit and yogurt in serving cups.
  4. Top with granola, coconut, and almonds.
  5. Garnish and serve chilled.

Notes

For best texture, add granola immediately before serving.
