Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and bake puff pastry pieces until golden and crisp.
  2. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Layer pastry with cream and strawberries, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
