Ingredients
  

Main Batter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Add-ins
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Heat-treat the flour and let it cool completely.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in vanilla and milk, then add dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and serve.

Notes

Adjust milk for desired consistency and chill for thicker texture.
