Ingredients
  

Mango Float Layers
  • 4 large ripe mangoes peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 sheets graham crackers
  • 0.5 cup crushed graham crackers for topping
Optional Garnish
  • 1 cup fresh mango cubes

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Slice mangoes and prepare all ingredients.
  2. Whip cream, then blend with condensed milk and vanilla.
  3. Layer graham crackers, cream mixture, and mangoes repeatedly.
  4. Finish with cream, mangoes, and crushed graham crackers.
  5. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight and use fully ripe mangoes.
