Method
- Peel and chop the kiwis, then zest and juice the limes.
- Blend kiwi, lime juice, lime zest, honey, Greek yogurt, coconut water, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until solid.
- Run warm water over the molds to release the popsicles before serving.
Notes
For dairy-free popsicles, substitute Greek yogurt with full-fat coconut milk.
