Ingredients
  

Kiwi Lime Pops
  • 5 ripe kiwis peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Method
 

  1. Peel and chop the kiwis, then zest and juice the limes.
  2. Blend kiwi, lime juice, lime zest, honey, Greek yogurt, coconut water, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until solid.
  5. Run warm water over the molds to release the popsicles before serving.

Notes

For dairy-free popsicles, substitute Greek yogurt with full-fat coconut milk.
