- Whisk in sifted matcha powder, vanilla, and sea salt.
- Fold in chopped pistachios.
- Spoon small clusters onto the tray.
- Top with pistachios, strawberries, and extra matcha if desired.
- Freeze for 45–60 minutes until firm.
