Ingredients
  

Matcha White Chocolate Clusters
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder culinary grade
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • 1/3 cup pistachios chopped
  • 2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries optional

Method
 

  1. Line a freezer-safe tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
  3. Whisk in sifted matcha powder, vanilla, and sea salt.
  4. Fold in chopped pistachios.
  5. Spoon small clusters onto the tray.
  6. Top with pistachios, strawberries, and extra matcha if desired.
  7. Freeze for 45–60 minutes until firm.

Notes

Allow clusters to sit for 1 minute before eating for the creamiest texture.
