Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic.
- Cut puff pastry into strips and brush with garlic butter.
- Wrap pastry around asparagus and place on baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle cheese and herbs.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Keep puff pastry cold for best results. Thin asparagus works best.
