Ingredients
  

Kunafa Base
  • 400 g kataifi dough shredded phyllo
  • 200 g butter melted
Filling
  • 300 g mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g ricotta cheese

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Prepare sugar syrup and let it cool.
  2. Mix kataifi with melted butter and press half into baking dish.
  3. Add cheese filling, top with remaining dough, bake, then pour syrup.
