Pastry Shells
  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg for egg wash
Mango Cream Filling
  • 2 mangoes pureed
  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Roll and cut puff pastry, then place on baking tray.
  2. Brush with egg wash and bake until golden.
  3. Prepare mango cream and fill cooled pastries before serving.
