  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut puff pastry into squares and add raspberry filling.
  3. Fold, seal, brush with egg wash, sprinkle sugar, and bake until golden.
