Ingredients
  

Ice Pop Base
  • 4 cups ripe guava peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/3 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 pinch sea salt
Optional Add-Ins
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk optional

Equipment

  • ice pop molds
  • blender
  • fine mesh strainer

Method
 

  1. Blend guava, lime juice, honey, sugar, water, zest and salt until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve if desired.
  3. Pour into molds, insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  4. Run warm water over molds briefly and unmold before serving.

Notes

Use very ripe guavas for maximum sweetness and tropical flavor.
