- Blend honeydew melon, sugar, lime juice, lime zest, mint, water, and salt until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a shallow baking dish and freeze uncovered for 30–40 minutes.
- Scrape frozen portions with a fork every 30 minutes until fluffy crystals form throughout.
- Serve immediately in chilled bowls with mint and melon garnish.
Notes
For best texture, scrape thoroughly during freezing and use fully ripe melon.
