Ingredients
  

Tea Base
  • 2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
  • 4 cups water
Fruit & Flavor
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 3 tbsp honey adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add hibiscus flowers, steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.
  3. Add berries, honey, and lemon juice, chill and serve over ice.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and fruit based on preference. Best served chilled.
