Ingredients
  

Main Component Name
  • 1 liter full-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 2 tbsp pistachios chopped
  • 2 tbsp almonds chopped
Optional/Secondary Component
  • 1 pinch saffron strands
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk

Method
 

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer and reduce the milk to half, stirring frequently.
  3. Add sugar, cardamom, nuts, and optional ingredients, cool, pour into molds, and freeze.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat milk and allow proper freezing time for a creamy texture.
