- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare baking pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, lemon zest, and juice.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk.
- Fold in blueberries and pour batter into pan.

Notes
Use fresh lemons for best flavor and coat blueberries in flour to prevent sinking.
