  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Lemon Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar sifted
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Cut croissants into pieces and toss with melted butter.
  3. Bake for 8–12 minutes until golden, then glaze and serve.

Notes

Use day-old croissants for best texture and glaze absorption.
