- Prepare the lychees by peeling and removing pits if using fresh fruit.

- Blend lychees, syrup, lemon juice, rose water, and salt until smooth.

- Freeze in a shallow container, stirring every 30 minutes until fluffy and frozen.
- Let soften slightly before scooping and serving.
