  • 2 avocados diced
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
Dressing
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Peel and dice the mangoes and avocados into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Thinly slice the red onion and chop the cilantro.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently with lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Use firm ripe avocados and fresh lime juice for best flavor. Serve immediately for optimal texture.
