Ingredients
  

Chocolate Base
  • 12 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 4 oz white chocolate chopped
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional
Toppings
  • 1 cup dried mango chopped
  • 3/4 cup roasted cashews roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt

Equipment

  • baking tray
  • spatula
  • mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and spread evenly onto the tray.
  3. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over dark chocolate.
  4. Swirl the chocolates together using a skewer.
  5. Top with dried mango, cashews, coconut flakes, and sea salt.
  6. Chill until firm, then break into pieces and serve.

Notes

For best results, use premium chocolate and soft dried mango.
