Ingredients
  

Main Drink
  • 2 cups ripe mango peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves fresh
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar adjust to taste
Optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 pinch salt optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Peel and dice the mango into small chunks.
  2. Blend mango, mint leaves, lemon juice, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add water gradually and blend to desired consistency.
  4. Strain if desired for a smoother texture.
  5. Add ice, adjust taste, and serve chilled.

Notes

Use ripe mangoes for best flavor. Adjust sweetness and acidity to preference.
