Mango Cake Layers
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1.75 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup mango puree
Passion Fruit Filling
  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp
  • 0.25 cup sugar
Cloud Cream Frosting
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream chilled
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened

Method
 

  1. Prepare cake pans and preheat oven.
  2. Mix batter and bake cake layers.
  3. Prepare filling, frosting, assemble, decorate and chill.

Notes
