  • 4 cups mango chunks ripe
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp lime juice fresh

  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Heat sugar and water until dissolved to make syrup, then cool.
  2. Blend mango, syrup, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
  3. Chill, churn or freeze with stirring, then freeze until firm.

Notes

Use ripe mangoes for best flavor and adjust sugar to taste.
