  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 can cannellini beans drained and rinsed
Flavor Base
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Rinse rice under cold water until clear.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. Add spices, beans, tomatoes, rice, and broth, then simmer until cooked.

Notes

Add lemon juice and fresh herbs at the end for best flavor.
