Main Batter
  • 120 g dark chocolate 70% cocoa
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 80 g sugar
  • 40 g flour
Flavoring
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and grease ramekins with butter and cocoa powder.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter, then mix with whisked eggs and sugar.
  3. Fold in dry ingredients, pour into ramekins, and bake until edges are set but centers remain soft.

Notes

Do not overbake to maintain the molten center.
