Ingredients
  

Tart Crust
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp ice water
Honey Cream Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
Nectarine Topping
  • 4 nectarines thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Prepare and chill the tart dough for 30 minutes.
  2. Blind bake the tart shell until golden and cool completely.
  3. Prepare the honey cream filling and spread into the crust.
  4. Arrange nectarine slices decoratively over the filling.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Use ripe but firm nectarines for the best texture and presentation.
