Biscuit Base
  • 200 g digestive biscuits crushed
  • 100 g butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 250 g cream cheese softened
  • 200 ml heavy cream whipped
  • 100 g powdered sugar
Mango Topping
  • 2 mangoes pureed

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into cups. Chill.
  2. Prepare cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, and whipped cream.
