Ingredients
  

Main Component
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
Optional
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mash strawberries and mix with lemon juice.
  2. Combine strawberries with condensed milk and vanilla.
  3. Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold into strawberry mixture.
  4. Transfer to container and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Notes

For best results, use ripe strawberries and fully whipped cream.
