Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 2 cups Medjool dates pitted
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp orange blossom water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Garnish
  • 0.25 cup pistachios chopped
  • 1 tbsp dried rose petals edible
  • 1 tsp orange zest

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Soften dates if needed by soaking briefly in warm water and drain well.
  2. Blend dates, almond flour, coconut oil, orange blossom water, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Press mixture into a parchment-lined pan.
  4. Top with pistachios, rose petals, and orange zest.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours until firm.
  6. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

For best texture, use soft Medjool dates and chill thoroughly before slicing.
