- Soften dates if needed by soaking briefly in warm water and drain well.
- Blend dates, almond flour, coconut oil, orange blossom water, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Press mixture into a parchment-lined pan.
- Top with pistachios, rose petals, and orange zest.
- Chill for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
For best texture, use soft Medjool dates and chill thoroughly before slicing.
