Method
- Combine passion fruit pulp, condensed milk, vanilla, lime juice, zest, and salt.
- Whip cold cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the passion fruit mixture.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Allow to soften slightly before scooping and serving.
Notes
For extra tropical flavor, swirl additional passion fruit pulp into the ice cream before freezing.
