  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
Passion Fruit Filling
  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
Meringue Topping
  • 4 egg whites
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar

Method
 

  1. Prepare and chill the tart dough.
  2. Blind bake the tart shell until golden.
  3. Cook the passion fruit filling and chill until set.
  4. Whip the meringue to stiff peaks.
