Method
- Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Heat cream, milk and sugar until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and gelatin.
- Strain mixture and divide into serving glasses.
- Chill for at least 4 hours until set.
- Cook passion fruit pulp, sugar and lemon juice for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Cool topping completely and spoon over chilled panna cotta.
- Garnish and serve cold.
Notes
For the smoothest texture, strain the cream mixture before chilling and allow the dessert to set overnight.
